Its not all about so called "meals". I eat 10 "meals" a day usually consisting of 200-300 calories. I intake 2600 calories but im getting a "meal" in every hour. I never get cravings because im constantly being fed. And people will say 300 calories isnt enough, well go eat 6 rice cakes and tell me ur not full, or eat a can of tuna with Brocoli and Corn. Guys, build muscle does not have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Proladox Diet Plan (search on google).
