How about 3 a day? Ever compete in the ncaa or other leagues? What about if you are > 6ft and male. What if you weigh over 250lbs and that is muscle? 5000 calories isn't that much. I'm at ~3000 right now and losing weight at about 12% bf. I bet most American's eat over 2500 a day. Put a few big mac's in your diet and you're f'ed.

I do 10 grams pre workout and 10 grams during the workout. Non-training days, I still day 20 grams...but between meals - usually split into the same 10 gram doses.

Bulking usually includes lots of carb intake which can give the illusion that one is fat due to excess water storage. This is temporarily and can drop quickly with 1-2 weeks of strict carb avoidance. I notice you have no picture of yourself internet warrior.
