This hits home. My lower legs were crushed, grade 2 open fracture, left ankle broke, right foot is disfigured with all mid foot joints destroyed, right shin had over 20 breaks, and was missing tendons and flesh where the bones came out. I got hit by 2000lbs of coiled steel. The worst part was not passing out. 3 steel bars and 28 steel screws later I can walk again. Never give up not matter what. I'm very happy for this mans recovery.

Thank you for watching. I use the bike for cardio work. I have to be careful not to injure my lower back as I have only 15% range of motion in my ankle which can cause a strain on the lumbar region if i'm not careful. Dan.

any 98 pounder will have extreme muscle definition, just due to the lack of concealing body fat. but regardless of muscle definition you cant be strong at 98 pounds unless youre under 5 foot.
hey man.. im looking to up my level of body building, im 13, 5'10 and 161 pounds i lost almost all fat on my body in a few months of hard dieting, and i want to put on more muscle, ( i lost about 25 pounds).
good job man what happened to me was my shoulders tendons ripped and i couldent work out for 2 months and lost my strength i went down by 30 pounds I was about to stop lifting but i kept going at it and got back to my weight and am 50 pounds stronger than before the accident. Thanks for writing. The feeling of normality is gone. Because every bone in the foot was broken, the bones just fused themselves together and made the foot rigid or stiff. First 20 steps out of bed in the morning are the toughest. But weight resistance training with the foot keeps it strong and mobile. Dan.

ALE, Sorry to hear about the accident. The main issue you must focus on is mobility. After the bone is completely healed you will need to perform high rep heal raises (calf raises)for strengthing. The weight must start at bodyweight only. That is the first step to take. Dan.

You clearly miss the point that being a giant, and being in good shape are not the same thing. Dan in the video competes with 18 inch arms. It just so happens he has a normal life to attend to as well and can't stay in competition shape year round. 18 inch arms at his height and weight are incredible. Steroids + hours of training still = unnaturally huge and less difficult to accomplish than natural and in great shape. I am pretty sure having won bodybuilding competitions and. scoring spots on magazines is a good indication he knows what training is. Go ahead and keep in mind that arnold is rich as could be and probably doesn't face the normal barriers that the average person does. p.s. you don't need to specify.com, we know what google is.Bodybuilding isn't actually all about being a tank... There are specific ratios that are actually believed to lead to the perfect physique based on your frame (measured by your wrist size) and these are not abnormally large sizes. Its about symmetry etc.
Tanks they may be right now, but in a few years when the health complications they WILL get from heavy steroid use rear their ugly head, they will be OFF the drugs, won't know how to train or eat, will quit altogether, and end up looking like an average person at best. I witnessed this for 30 years now. Hugh steroid guys I trained with while in my 20's and 30's quit lifting because they don't know how to train without drugs. They now look like old tired men that never touched a barbell.
If you do ad protein use a very little and make it a whey protein isolate only. Carbohydrate, not protein is the body's main energy source. Dan.if you are trying to keep the sugar down in your diet than this recipe probably wouldnt fit for you because 1 tblspn of honey would contain about 16 grams of simple sugars so with 2 tblspn would be like 32g of sugar even without the lime juice so your looking about a little more simple carb sugar if the lime juice is added so i would imagine it would just flood your blood sugar levels. my idea would be what PRZYOJSKI said and thats stick with the sugarless complex carbs like unsweetened oatmeal.
Correct you are and congrats on your weight loss! You want a limited amount of simple sugar in your diet. Stick to oatmeal flour and a green banana in your drink. The less ripe a banana is the less amount of simple sugar it holds. Dan.
Thats another reason I am so fascinated with this. When I experienced how much energy and endurance it gave me I then thought of all the other possibilities like adding supplements(Arginine, Creatine, Glutamine, etc). This has also gave me incredible control over my appetite every day and I only drink it 3 days a week! Very important though is that lemon juice and Vinegar can damage your teeth. Very hard on them. I rinse my mouth with water after every sip and am now going to use a straw.
Yes lemon and vinegar can be hard on tooth enamel, but don't scare yourself into thinking it's like putting acid on your teeth. Just brush your teeth three times a day and you'll be fine. Dan, I drank the mix again for second workout routine. Last time I gulped it down like a pre workout drink. This Time I drank 5 mg Creatine and then sipped it before, during, and all the way to the end of workout. Man! Im not sure if I had the usual endurance as I normally do but then again I have days like that anyway PLUS I normally take 5 gm of Creatine before my workouts.
