I can only agree on the eating part; as a "skinny cat" I gained 14 kilograms while in the army; whether I liked or not, my appetite kicked in hard and my meals would look like feasts for 5 people ^^ instead of getting used to eat, my body was literally begging for food as I was in a lot of muscle pain while I and it knew it was going to stay that way. It is not recommendable for a guy to start working out before the age of 16, and the reason is because it might stop your growing. Now, if you want to look like small ball of muscle at the age of 17, than you can go right ahead, but it is all up to you. Also, you needn't worry because you're, like I already stated, still pretty young, wait until you are 16, then start working out.

i would like to gain maybe 30 - 40 pounds and build up my chest, i just cant get passed the 145 mark.Im one of the guys that thinks i eat alot but realistically i dont, plus i cannot eat junk food, only lean meats, fish, fruit and vedgtables.
