I know this as I wear a heart rate monitor. You're probably burning similar but don't know it. Don't leave things to guessing. Your calories, performance, macros, sets, reps should all be recorded.I don't leave things up to guessing. I don't factor in my weight training sessions I just calculate them based off the num of days and factor them into my TDEE. I build my macros from there, I only add in cardio as extra and up my cals a bit on high cardio days. :-).
I made the big mistake of not eating much at all once I hit a plateau on my journey to abs and had foot surgery which restricted working out. Great advice. I did so much cardio I dropped 24 pounds but I was still flabby and could not see no abs, I became so disillusioned with exercise & fitness. Weight training is so important for preserving muscle and building muscle. Include cardio 4-5times a weeks. For eg. To lose weight I have to consume 1500 calories daily, during my weights workout ill burn 500 cal on average so I consume 2000 cal to compensate. So at the end of the day I'm on 1500 calories.I guess a lot is relative for someone my height and weight a bit less. I was also comparing this to running a whole hour lol.if i cant go to the gym cause very far here and i dont have a home gym...any exercise i can do at home to replace weight training?
